Anyone ever ruptured a blood vessel?

Yesterday, I was walking up the steps to the gym. Suddenly, my left wrist started stinging like a FUCKING DONKEY (don't ask). I ran to sit my books on something, then saw that my wrist was expanding at an alarming race. It was also becoming discolored, akin to a bruise. It subsided after a bit, I'm guessing because of my makeshift tourniquet (my jacket tied around my arm. looked odd, but it worked).

The swelling has subsided a bit since, but it's still present.

SO, DOCTOR [zP], DIAGNOSIS NAO PL0X?

Could be a dislocation.

I still have full use of my wrist, and I wasn't actually DOING anything with my left hand at the time (well, aside from holding onto the railing)
